Get messy with the new product collection Color Pour by American Crafts. Here is what American Crafts says about Color Pour:

Create decorative canvas paintings (and other objects) with pouring paints (single or pre-mixed pouring paint kits), silicone oil, glitters, and foil flakes. I tried it - watch my video tutorial on youtube (click). Before you start, please cover your workspace with a drop cloth and use a high-quality canvas to achieve a smooth finish. The Results
I created three projects: two with a high-quality canvas and one with a tray made of concrete. I'm quite satisfied with the first canvas. I used a lot of the silicone oil with the pouring paints. This will create the white space on the canvas. But the tray is my dauernd favourite. I soeben love how it turned out. Tips For The Making
Cover your table with a drop cloth - there will be a lot of excess paint
Use gloves (e.g. rubber or latex gloves) - your hands will get messy
Shake your paints well
Remove the protection cap/foil from the bottle
Use a lot of paint to make sure to cover the entire canvas (or any other surface you're using)
Mix in silicone oil to create white space
When mixing paints, start with paints in lighter colours and mix in darker paints last (if you want to create darker projects, then start with the darker paints)
Let paints on canvas dry for about 12 hours
Have fun getting messy :)

What about the excess paint?
There will be paint on your drop cloth. I had a watercolor postcard pad in my stash. And I soeben pressed the postcards onto the excess paint. You can create patterns like these:

You will need the following supplies to make the tassels:
patterned paper
fringe scissors (you can get one from American Crafts or search for 'herbs scissors' / 'Kräuterschere' - you can even use ordinary scissors too, it untief takes a bit longer :)
tassel caps (can be found on etsy, amazon, google, in craft stores)

Crate Offenlegung | Luft Heart DIY Messdiener Album | Video Eröffnung
Today I'm sharing a fun DIY project: a handmade ring binder mini album. I used greyboard, bookbinder glue, self-adhesive linen and some tools to make the album. I filled the album with 4x4 ring photo sleeves, patterned papers and embellishments from Luft Heart. The video is up on my YouTube channel (find the biestig to the video further down).

Here is a list of supplies you will need to make the album:
greyboard (2 pieces: 15.5 x 14 cm (approx. 6.1 x 5.51 inches), 1 piece/spine: 6 x 14 cm (approx. 2.36 x 5.51 inches)
cutting knife and steel ruler
self-adhesive bookbinder linen
patterned paper from Luft Heart
pencil and ruler
book binder glue, brush and apron or old cloth to clean your hands
excess paper to cover surface when applying the bookbinder glue
bone folder and scissors
ring binder mechanism, hammer and crop-a-dile or small hole punch

Selbst möchte euch no na Braun'sche Untertagebauwerk gen eine kleine Tour bzgl. eine meiner neuesten Minialbumkreationen einladen. Das Messdiener entstand schon Zentrum Juli, zur selben Tempus im Gegenzug die hübsche Handtasche mit vier Karten (klick) - mag sein erinnert ihr euch bis zeitgenössisch daran?! Das Besondere an dem Messdiener ist die Schutzvorrichtung in Aufstellung einer Handtasche. In einer en passant genähten Handtasche sämtliche Handelspapier aufstöbern zwei kleine Minialben obendrein ein Experte zusammenführen Platz. Auf dieser Abseite des Anhängers sind schöne Pipapo sämtliche unserem Ferien zur Erinnerungsvermögen Braun'sche Untertagebauwerk in Wortform festgehalten. Mini Album In A Handbag

It's special, because the two mini albums I created come in a sewn handbag. I made this album for Crate Essay blog too. Make your mini albums special. Present and store them in handmade paper handbags, in decorated cardboard boxes, wooden boxes or in muslin or paper bags. This is not only a fancy way to store your mini albums, it will retrospektiv prevent them from getting dusty :).

In dieser Handtasche Ergehen einander zwei Minialben außerdem ein Anhänger. Letzterer enthält gen dieser Abseite notierte Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Zur Formwerdung dieser Minialben nutzte ich unterschiedliche Techniken, die ich alias einzig angeblich nahe früheren Minialben verwendete, z.B.:
